What currency your products are priced?

All prices are in Australian Dollars.


Do you custom make headpiece?

We do not provide customer made service, we provide our own collection for our customers to choose. With each style we only make 10-20 pieces.


Can I choose another colour or add some colours into an existing headpiece which I'm interested in? 

Due to limited materials, we cannot alter the colour or style of the headpiece we made. With the whole collection on this website, we try our best to choose the best colour(s) to incoporate into a particular style.


Do you have a shop?

We are an Australia based Internet Retailer. Please see our stockists to find a nearest shop in your area.


What is your policy for returning items?

Every piece of our fascinators and tiaras are guaranteed to satisfy your tastes. You are entitled to try this on after you have purchased it. 
If you are not happy with the quality of any of our products or it does not suit your outfit, you may return them to us within 7 days of receiving the shipment PROVIDED the tag is still attached to the fascinator or tiara.
Jewellery is non-returnable due to hygienic reason unless defective or un-opened and un-worn in its original packaging. 
(Please be aware that The shipping fee is not refundable. All items must be returned un-used and in their original condition.) 
IMPORTANT: 

* The return must be received by Trenique within (7) seven days after the item is received. 
* Replacement product will only be shipped after the faulty item has been received by Trenique.

I don't have the confidence in purchasing online, is there any other forms of payment?

We do not process your credit card information within our system, we use PayPal to process your credit card information. Please visit www.paypal.com for more information. We do not store any credit card information. All billing information is processed by PayPal.com, an online bank owned by eBay considered trustworthy today. PayPal is secured by multiple industrial security technologies including solutions from VeriSign.
